The Umbrella Center will always prioritize getting our clients out in the community. We love when our client’s make progress in center, but it they can’t generalize those skills to the community then what is the point?

The Umbrella Center is located within walking distance to The Garfield Park Library, The Garfield Park Conservatory, The Garfield Park Art Center, Garfield Park playground, Sunken Gardens, and many supportive small businesses.
